Technical Information
The Flashmix is ideally suited to applications in the Food, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industries. The range comprises two models, each available with or without a stainless steel sack table.
Materials of Construction
All product contact parts are in 316L stainless steel. The chassis is constructed from 304 square section stainless steel for standard models; Sack Table units constructed in 316 tubular stainless steel.
Motor Specifications
TEFV (Totally Enclosed Fan Ventilated) motors are available as standard. Other types of motor and enclosures are available as options.
Inlet and outlet connections
1.5" and 2” Tri-clamp fitting as standard. Other fittings on request.
Sealing
Hygienic EHEDG Approved single mechanical shaft sealing.
Valves
1.5" and 2” Manual butterfly valves as standard.
Hopper
Low profile design for optimised flow. Nominal capacity 40 litres.
ATEX
Units suitable for use in Zone 22 areas are available.
Options
- The Flashmix can be mounted on wheels for easy transportation.
- Controls available as an optional extra.
