Silverson’s range of Hygienic mixers are 3A Certified and EHEDG Certifiable. They are designed to comply with both FDA and cGMP requirements. Silverson mixers are ideally suited for industries where cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sterilising-in-place (SIP) procedures are the norm. Not only do these include the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, but also more diverse applications where modern manufacturing techniques and maximum equipment utilisation require a rapid changeover from one product to another.

The Silverson Ultra Hygienic series of multipurpose In-Line mixers is able to perfom the widest variety of applications - mixing, emulsifiying, homogenising, disintegrating and dissolving, with an efficiency, flexibility and hygienic construction unmatched by other machines. Self-pumping throughputs of up to 20,000 litres per hour.
The Silverson Ultramix is designed for applications that are beyond the capabilities of a conventional agitator or stirrer but do not necessarily require the intense high shear of a Silverson rotor/stator mixer.
Silverson has advanced their line of Bottom Entry mixers to offer an ultra hygienic unit incorporating several options, including minimised number of product contact parts, electro-polished finish and special hygienic shaft seals.
The Silverson Flashmix is a modular unit that provides a simple, effective and hygienic means of incorporating powders into liquids. The mixer design is based on EHEDG and 3-A guidelines making the mixer suitable for hygienic applications.
